Welcome to my website.
As you page through
the website, I hope you learn what you want to know about me, about Success
Plus coaching, and about the services I provide.
Success Plus Coaching is a company I started to conduct my coaching
and consulting business. As a Certified Hudson Institute Coach and member of
the International Coach Federation, my business provides coaching (life,
personal, and executive) to persons who are either retired or are nearing
retirement, school leaders, and persons with ADHD (Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder). In addition, I am
available to conduct Strategic Planning workshops, Planning for Change
Workshops, and other organizational consulting.
After four years of retirement from a successful career as a school
superintendent, I realized that I needed a constructive avenue for my
energies, abilities, and experience, and coaching fits the bill perfectly.
What is coaching in this context? A coach guides, mentors, and assists
clients to find new directions, new focus, new clarity, and new options for
living their lives. A coach and client establish a partnership in which the
coach assists clients to identify their life passions, determine a sense of
purpose, and reinvent their lives. Coaching may be conducted face-to-face,
or via telephone or email.
In addition to
coaching individual clients, I am open to working as an external coach
within organizations. My question to a prospective client is: do you find yourself
fitting into one or more of the above descriptions? Or, whom do you know who
